Vessel Protocol is built on a local-first philosophy. We believe your data should stay where it belongs: on your machine.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your API keys, AI chats, or browser data to our servers. All sensitive data handled by the Privacy Sheriff and API Ring extensions is stored locally in your browser's secure storage.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Privy for optional authentication. These providers have their own privacy policies which you should review. We only receive the minimum information necessary to provide our services (e.g., your email and license status).
Because your data is stored locally, its security depends on the security of your device. We use industry-standard encryption for local storage provided by the browser environment.
